By submitting your application, you agree to abide by the Purina Pro Club® Canada Membership Conditions:

• Nestlé Purina PetCare reserves the right to change Membership Conditions, alter or discontinue this program or anyone’s participation therein at any time in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Your account will be closed after TWO (2) years of account inactivity, as defined by not earning any new PRO Points within that period. Your PRO points expire with the closure of your account.
• Members must be a professional dog or cat breeder, handler or trainer. As a member, you may be required to provide proof of eligibility at any time.
• Member acknowledges and agrees that the member, and its employees and/or representatives shall, at all times, observe the highest standards of humane care and treatment of animals in their and be in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Nestlé Purina PetCare reserves the right to request periodic inspection of kennel or cattery premises by designated representatives.
• Purina® food bought under the terms of Purina Pro Club® must be fed only to dogs and cats owned by the member and must not be ordered for resale or provided to others.
• Providing false information to gain Purina Pro Club® membership or any associated benefits, constitutes fraud and could be deemed a criminal violation under the Criminal Code (Canada).
• The details of discounts offered to members are strictly confidential.
• To be eligible for Puppy/Kitten kits, the quantity of past purchases on your account must be reflective of feeding your litters exclusively Pro Plan, and you must have a purchase on file within the last 12 months.
• Pro Club Reward Merchandise: Merchandise may not be exactly as shown and is subject to availability. Each item has a stated annual limit. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for delivery. No shipments to the U.S. Returns allowed within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
• This program is valid only in Canada.
• Purina® reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time without notice.
